Construction of Boca Flores began in 2017 and is still in development. Once the community is completed it will be made up of 130 condos and attached homes.
Condos
The condo building plans are named the Carriage Series with both the Pompano and Westgate floor plan to choose from. Condo floor plans range in size from 1952 square feet to 2530 square feet with two or three-bedroom floor plans and a two-car garage. Features in condominium units include gourmet kitchens, in-unit laundry, spacious walk-in closets, master suite with private bath including dual sink vanity, open main living area, flex room, and a covered lanai. Homes in the Carriage Series are priced from the low to high $400,000 range.
Attached Homes
The attached homes are called the Villa Series. Currently, there is just the Serenity floor plan in this series. The Serenity floor plan offers 1542 square feet of living space and either 2 bedrooms with a flex room or 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Features of the Serenity floor plan include the attached two-car garage, open main living area, large secluded master suite with double vanity master bath and walk-in closet, and private lanai. Prices of homes in the Villa Series are in the high $400,000s.
Amenities in Boca Flores
The Boca Flores community is centered on a community clubhouse featuring a meeting room to spend time with neighbors, a swimming pool and a cabana. Next to the clubhouse are plans for a bocce ball court and a walking trail that will lead to a quiet Passive Park. Classes and clubs will be offered when the community area is complete as well. Some of the classes and clubs include bocce ball, pickleball, and swimming.
Residents of Boca Flores will receive a social membership to the nearby Boca Lago Country Club. Social membership includes access to the fitness center, bar, sauna, locker rooms, dining rooms, event center, and outdoor lap and heated pools. If residents wish to upgrade their membership to include use of the 20 tennis courts, and 27 hole Boca Lago Golf course they may do so for an added cost.
Location
Boca Flores is just 12 minutes from the Boca Raton town center featuring great high-end shopping venues such as Saks Fifth Avenue and much more. Publix, Target, and Walmart are a quick two miles from the Boca Flores entrance. Boca Raton is known for its great beaches, parks, and golf. In addition, Boca Raton offers easy access to the Interstate and Florida Turnpike making it very easy to get around to other areas of interest in Florida.
