Parkland Golf Membership Information:
All residents of Parkland Golf & Country Club have a minimum membership requirement to the Sports Club of the community. The Sports Club Membership gives residents access to the our swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, kids center (with two free hours per day per child included) and dining venues. Our Golf Membership is an optional upgrade for residents of the community.
In short, after a new resident/Member pays the initial contribution of $1,590 the monthly Sports Club dues are $356 plus tax. For a Resident to upgrade to a Golf Membership, the initial contribution to the Golf Club is $12,500. The initial contribution can be paid in 5 installments over 5 years interest free. Their first installment would be $3,375 and would due the day they upgrade. That would cover all the taxes and a small processing fee and the final four payments of $2,500 would be due on that day for the next four years. The monthly dues would go from $356 a month to $804 (this includes the golf & sports membership).
Campbell Property Management is the HOA for all of the homes in PGCC, they also run the guard gate. They bill on a quarterly basis at $810 a quarter and have a capital contribution of $1,750.
