There are eight tennis courts around the property, four pickleball courts, and twelve shuffleboard courts as well. In the center of Whisper Walk are four handball courts. Other community amenities include a barbeque area, gazebo, scenic ponds, and fitness center.
Homeowner’s association dues cover all upkeep of common areas as well as outside maintenance including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and exterior building maintenance.
