Sandalfoot South is a 55+ condominium community located in the Sandalfoot Cove neighborhood on the southern boundary of the city of Boca Raton. This community is located right on the Hillsboro Canal at 9856 Marina Boulevard. Sandalfoot is comprised of a collection of two and three-story buildings with elevators for easy access to upper floor units. The community was built in 1973 and features two-bedroom and two-bathroom condos. Some units have been remodeled with higher-end finishes. Each unit offers an open kitchen and dining/living room space, hard surface floors, screened in private porch, split bedrooms, and plenty of closet space. Some condo units have a view overlooking the pool, community lagoon, and/or the canal.

Residents of Sandalfoot South enjoy a nice variety of community spaces and low maintenance living with some of the lowest homeowner’s association dues in the city. Dues are a low monthly payment of $245 per month. They cover the cost of outdoor maintenance, trash removal, common area upkeep (walkways, elevators, etc.), property management, roof repair, sewer, water, community amenities, and reserve money.
Community spaces include a newer saltwater swimming pool built in 2016, a hot tub, picnic area, car wash area, trash chutes, and plenty of walking spaces to enjoy the lush grounds with private lake/lagoon and the canal.

Sandalfoot South is in a very convenient location just seconds away from major highways and roads to easily get around town and anywhere you need to go in Southern Florida. Sandalfoot Cove Park is almost across the street from Sandalfoot South. Sandalfoot Cove Park has walking trails, athletic fields, sport courts, and playground structure. Other nearby activities include Crunch Fitness Gym, Boca Dunes Golf and Country Club, Boca Rio Golf Club, and Country Lakes Community Center.
