Casa Del Sol is a neighborhood in the central West section of Heron Bay in Parkland Florida. It’s located in front of the Estates and next to the Commons recreational complex. This community features 29 two-story single-family homes in three distinct designs. Units are either three, four, or five-bedroom units including a loft and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms. Schools
Heron Bay is directly across the street from Heron Heights Elementary School, the school is mostly comprised of students living in the Heron Bay community. Westglades Middle School is just a short distance from Heron Bay as is Stoneman Douglas High School.
