Melissa Hoff Roth, P.A.

Jennifer Gitlan

Jennifer Gitlan has been a South Florida resident for 20 years. A graduate of University of Central Florida, Jen is married to a South Florida native and they are raising their 2 boys in her hometown, Weston.

Before realizing her passion was in helping people find their perfect home Jen was an Elementary School teacher.

Sara Hariton

Although she has closed deals from Palm Beach to Dade County, her main focus is in Broward. Sara has lived in Broward county for over 30 years.

Nadi Huysmans

Jie Zhu

Jay is a native New Yorker and has been a Florida resident since 2010. He has over 15 years of Professional Financial expertise that range from mortgages to hedge funds and small business ownership. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he has spent a portion of his career at Countrywide/Bank of America Mortgage, Argent Mortgage, and J.P Morgan Chase.

Jay is also a local business owner in Weston, Florida and has led a successful team of 25 employees for the last 7 years. He is responsible for business strategies and development, marketing, and client relations.

Additionally, Jay was part of a 13 Billion AUM Macro Strategies Hedge Fund based in New York in an Analyst role.

Jay speaks Chinese and holds a B.A. Economics from Birmingham University.
